Actually, this year it is!
I love New England; the seasons, the ocean, the mountains, the cities - and I love to be outdoors. But the cold and clouds are getting old and have made it hard for me t push myself to get out into the fresh air as much as I like.
And I'm getting pretty cranky about it! I want to plant flowers!

You make a very important point, you must push yourself with motivational self talk. The winter sun can relieve seasonal affective disorder. So get out there and enjoy your winter walks and plan your garden.
